Self-Care During Covid-19

With all these happenings that we are experiencing this year, have you checked yourself? Are you okay?



Be Physical “To keep the body in good health is a duty…otherwise we shall not be able to keep the mind strong and clear.” – Buddha Do simple exercises everyday that can be done inside your home. Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Catch up with friends (online) Update one another with life events that occurred since the last time you saw each other. It is good to have someone to talk about things. Rest Your Mind Relax your mind and think about things that make you happy and comfortable. Pause what you are doing and take deep breaths. Make Time to Unwind Try to do some activities you enjoy like painting, drawing, knitting, and more. The Pandemic can be really stressful that is why let us not only take care of our physical health but also our mental health.
